The second hour is a seated discussion with demonstration, of powerful mental strategies that direct focus and build resilience. The third and final hour finishes strong with a lovely restorative yoga/guided meditation. All fitness levels are welcome. No previous experience necessary.

* This is an in-person workshop and there is no zoom or streaming option.
* Yoga mats, bolsters and blocks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
