New Video Debut: Wrist Weight Workout

Tone all over in this innovative, all standing, 30minute cardio sculpt class where the added light weight around our wrists expands movement and lovingly forces greater core engagement. Accomplish a lot in this non-stop, moderately paced flow. A 2lb (1lb each) set of wrist weights – or light hand weights – and a “sticky” yoga mat are recommended.
