New Video Debut: 30 In 30 Workout

30 moves are presented in 30minute, resulting in a no nonsense total body sculpt. This workout begins standing, moves to the mat, and then finishes standing. All you need is a light set of handheld weights (1-3lbs each) and a “sticky” yoga mat. Barefoot is best.
