Join us for this 30minute intelligent Pilates mat class where you’ll use dumbbells to strengthen, center and align. A “sticky” yoga mat and light handheld weights (1-5lbs each) are recommended. Barefoot is best. * The video will appear on Ellen Barrett Mindful Movement by 9am EST Monday, February 14, 2022.
