The Best Ever Fitness Resolution
I’d say I’m an energy snob. My goal each day is to keep my energy at its most inspired level. It’s not about achieving anything or pushing myself to the brink of exhaustion. High vibes win out over prowess, y’all!
And I know I am not alone. Many of you have made the switch to the good life, where we view workouts as a feel good experience. Where we nurture our body, mind and spirit with compassion. Where our overall sense of well-being takes center stage. Personally, I think this is the present and future of fitness. Pain and suffering are in the rearview mirror.
So here we are…New Year’s resolution season again, and every year I get asked, “How does one stick with an exercise routine?” The answer is – become an energy snob of course. An energy snob’s resolution isn’t to conquer the world, it’s simply to be high vibe, and to feel good.
Here’s the best fitness resolution: I‘ll be sure to move my body every day. And, it’s EASY once you exercise for the right reason. You actually won’t feel complete without moving somehow, some way, and you’ll actually hate to miss a day.
