Meet “Ballet Burn”
Sooooo……the plan was Cardio Joy, but that workout didn’t turn out like I had envisioned. There were technical issues that can’t be edited out. My sincere apologies to you if you had your hopes set on Cardio Joy. Ballet Burn is here instead, and it’s a solid 30minute fusion sculpt routine that feels great and has already received some great reviews.
Ballet Burn features three of my go-to’s: 1. flow, 2. big ranges of motion, and 3. a turned out stance. Why do I adore these traits so much? Efficiency. They help workouts turn into multitaskers. Just think, we’re not just standing around doing bicep curls. One muscle at a time? And just strength? Geez, we’ll be here all day at that rate!
No, we’re multitasking by fine-tuning alignment, stabilizing the core, challenging balance, and engaging entire muscle chains rather than isolating one single one. We’re also tapping into stretch and strength, often simultaneously. What might take someone else over an hour, we accomplish in 30minutes!
