Free Mini E-Book

I went for a winter walk with my lifelong pal yesterday and we had a deep discussion about our journeys. My friend, who was a volleyball star in high school and college, is a nurse now with her oldest child in college, is stumped as to why and how I still “move my body for a living.” She remembers taking my aerobics classes at “Gold’s Gym” in Dewitt, New York, in 1995! She is both impressed and worried, and called my job as a fit pro “manual labor.” I laughed hard (’cause she’s not wrong!).

Writers love books. Chefs love food. Florists love flowers. I love movement. Autobiography of An Aerobics Instructor is a free 15page e-book that goes into a bit of detail about how movement has led me to this moment in time. It is proof that having passion for something is sometimes all you need. Many of my colleagues have retired from fitness, moving on to life coaching or other vocations, but I don’t want to move on…I just want to keep moving.

In the above photo, the sixth girl from the left did not want to be anywhere else than right there at that moment. That girl was so happy to be a part of the fitness world. That girl was having the best day ever….and nothing has changed for that girl – I’m still having the best day ever teaching movement to you!

Perhaps some of my enthusiasm for exercise will rub off on you by reading Autobiography of An Aerobics Instructor. After all, enthusiasm is motivation in disguise.

As 2020 comes to a close, I’m sending you lots of love, light, peace, and passion for the New Year. May we all keep move
